Name: T-Mobile Data2
connects to: Work
access point: wap.voicestream.com
user name and password: (leave blank)
authentication type: none
primary dns: 0.0.0.0
secondary dns: 0.0.0.0
ip address: (leave blank)
now go to settings => connections =>Proxy
add new proxy
name: Tzones proxy
Connects from: WAP Network
Connects to: The Internet
Proxy (name:port): 216.155.165.50:8080
type: HTTP
username and password: (leave blank)
now go back to settings => connections =>Proxy menu
add new proxy
name: Tzones proxy2
Connects from: Work
Connects to: The Internet
Proxy (name:port): 216.155.165.50:8080
type: HTTP
username and password: (leave blank)
Finally, launch IE, go to menu=>Tools=>Options
select connections
Do not check automatically detect settings
select network: The Internet

That's it. Now your Dash can connect to Edge network and wifi. You don't have to manually switch proxy when you connects to wifi.
